Production & Logistics Employee (Day shift)

Around half of our production team has some form of support indication. We work with people with a physical limitation, think poor eyesight or trouble with arms or legs, and with people who are still learning the language.

Do you come to us through the Gemeente, the UWV or a job coach, for example on a reintegration route or with a support indication? Then the Dutch requirement does not apply. Apply and mention it in your application, and we will look at what you can do.

Your mission

You get the orders out the door. Every parcel and every pallet that leaves Arnhem correct and on time is your work.

You show up, you work hard and you care that it is done right. That counts for more here than a diploma.

About Sybotanica

Sybotanica is a fast-growing e-commerce company with its own factory and warehouse in Arnhem. We make houseplant soil for plant lovers across Europe, and we are roughly 25 people.

A look inside our factory

Filmed in January 2026 by the Dutch show Over de vloer bij, so the video is in Dutch. One machine is running in it. We are professionalising and automating fast: by the end of 2026 there will be around five, with a largely automated production process.

What you'll do day to day

• Pick, pack and ship orders, from single parcels to full pallets.
• Keep production stocked and tell them early when something is running out.
• Keep the warehouse organised, so the next person can find what they need.
• Process returns.
• Count stock and small administrative tasks around it.

What you bring

• You speak Dutch.* You need it to follow instructions on the floor and to work safely with the team.
• You work efficiently and accurately. Getting it right the first time matters more here than getting it fast.
• You like being physically active, and you keep the overview when it gets busy.
• You want to grow with us. The job will change as the company grows.
• A forklift certificate is a plus, not a requirement.

What you'll earn

These are the starting rates if you have no experience yet, gross per hour:

• 15 years: €4.50 per hour
• 16 years: €5.17 per hour
• 17 years: €5.92 per hour
• 18 years: €7.50 per hour
• 19 years: €8.99 per hour
• 20 years: €11.99 per hour
• 21 years and older: €14.99 per hour

Bring experience and there is room on top of these rates. They also move up on 1 January and 1 July every year, and you move up a rate on your birthday.
