Regular potting soil is fine and dense. A chunky mix of bark, pumice and coco husk keeps the structure open, so water drains and roots get air.

31 litres in total: 10L Universal mix, 6L chunky pumice, 6L chunky orchid bark, 6L coco husk and 3L zeolite. Mix them to the chunkiness your aroids like.

Repot once you notice any of these: roots growing out of the bottom of the pot, soil that dries very quickly between waterings, a plant that is top-heavy and wants to fall over, or roots pushing the plant up and out of its pot. For most houseplants that is every 1 to 2 years.
Peat compacts over time and can stop absorbing water. We use coconut fibre and worm castings instead, so the mix stays airy and usable for much longer. It is also better for the environment.
Yes. You do not have to send the whole thing back.
Keep what you are using and return the rest within 90 days. Opened is fine, as long as it is unused. Each returned item is refunded at the price you actually paid for it inside the bundle, so its normal price with the same bundle discount applied. Whatever you keep stays at its bundle price, nothing gets recalculated against you.
Two small things: live products like moss cannot come back, and if a return drops your order below the free shipping threshold, standard shipping is deducted. Anything damaged or wrong, just message us and we will sort it out. Full details in our return policy.
